MSI-ECS holds Dell Seminar in Davao

In its attempt to enable companies maximize its IT investments and appreciate technologies behind Dell offerings, MSI-ECS and DC Tech, a Davao-based MSI-ECS’ partner, together with Dell Philippines recently conducted an enablement seminar featuring the latest products, solutions and services from Dell last February 17, 2012 at The Pinnacle Hotel and Suites, Davao City.

Attended by various companies from the education, energy, services, health, banking and finance sectors, speakers discussed the importance of understanding Dell’s portfolio in the selection and procurement of appropriate IT solutions to ensure that company IT investments are utilized cost-effectively. Among the many products featured include Vostro notebooks, Latitude notebooks, Optiplex desktops and Precision workstations, printers and PowerEdge servers.

The seminar was followed by a technical live demonstration of Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller (iDRAC), a systems management hardware and software solution that provides remote management capabilities, crashed system recovery, and power control functions for Dell PowerEdge™ systems. Among those who presented were Richard Jusay, product support engineer, MSI-ECS; Edgar Contreras, product manager, Dell commercial notebooks and desktops, MSI-ECS; Kat Cac, product manager, Dell storage, servers, and printers, MSI-ECS; and Lex Bernard Miranda, enterprise business manager, Dell Phils.

MSI-ECS has been an authorized distributor and partner of Dell since 2010. To date, MSI-ECS has been distributing the complete line-up of Dell products ranging from consumer and commercial desktops, consumer and commercial notebooks, monitors, servers, and smartphones.
