Day 2 of the 2008 Davao Food Appreciation Tour

Last stop for the day is Polo Bistro at Marco Polo Hotel Davao.


World class dining…

This is the French Onion soup covered with mozzarella cheese not one, but THREE cheese: Mozzarella, Parmesan and Ementhal! You’ve got to love the thick layer of cheese!!!!


Prawn Thermidore is the main course…


I ate everything in that plate!

Dazzzling Dezerts!

Coconut and Mango Creme Brulee




The Polo Bistro is at the 4th floor of the Marco Polo Hotel Davao.

    the cheese looks burnt, the desserts looks great though….:)
