No Free wi-fi at Davao City Airport

January 31, 2008

Davao is dubbed as the Wi-Fi city. Coz many establishments have/offer free wi-fi access to its customers. You have free wi-fi access at NCCC Mall, fast food chains like Mcdonalds, of course at cafes.

Unfortunately, there’s no free wi-fi at the Davao City Airport.

I guess its the same for all Airports here in the Philippines. So what i do is i use 3G.

I hope someday, they would be able to provide free wi-fi at the Davao Aiprot. If araneta center can provide Free wi-fi to the whole area, why cant Davao Airport? They have already increased their airport fee right?

I had the same experience last time i went back to manila for xmas vacation. I think part of the deal on those waiting sheds and tents is the deal that wifi access will be provided by globe or airborne access. its would be very nice if we can browse and chat while waiting for our flight and zipping cofee in cofi shops there.

hope this can work on this. it would be a great impression for all tourists.

I remember using my laptop while waiting for the plane at pre-departure.

I wonder if they removed their wifi.
