Manong driver, who has been driving cabs for 10 years now here in Davao, did not know where the resort and convention center of Brokenshire is. That only tells us that its still new. =D
And I got the chance to see this place during an event just this week.
This facility was opened just last July. It has a swimming pool, six cottages, and a convention center with seven suites, five dormitory rooms, 30 standard rooms, and three function rooms.
The resort has an entrance fee of P60.00.
Their convention center can accommodate a maximum of 800 people!
It has several Halls and function rooms.. The Sampaguita Hall can accommodate 800 people, Ilang Ilang 100, and Waling-Waling 100. Smaller function rooms for 50 people are also available. Its freezing cold inside the sampaguita hall!
This facility is owned and operated by the Brokenshire Integrated Hosipital Ministries, Inc. (BIHMI) which also owns and operated the Brokenshire hospital and Brokenshire college.
So, if you are looking for a venue, this might be an option for you.

I would like to ask for possible reservation of a conference in summer (arrival 13 April ,with dinner, until 14 April departure in the afternoon).
