Davao has been called by many names like durian capital and wi-fi City… Now its Smart City?

Hmmm.. i dunno.. well smart’s mobile side doesn’t have any major problems.. Well, ate ria sometimes complain that she can’t send and receive text messages or delayed receiving of messages.

But whenever i don’t have access to wi-fi, I always use smart’s 3G to connect to the internet..

But i think they have a BIG problem on their broadband arm…
